Delivery Information

Postage

• UK Standard Delivery – We aim to have your order with you within 3 days using Royal Mail first class post.
• UK Special Delivery –  If you order before 1pm on a weekday, your order will usually be with you the next day. (Friday orders will arrive on a Monday)
• Tracked European Delivery – Your order will normally be with you within 3 – 5 working days.
• Tracked Rest Of The World Delivery – Your order will normally be with you within 6 – 8 working days.

Please note that our working days are Monday to Friday, 9am – 4.30pm. We are closed at the weekends and on bank holidays.

Important – UK Special Delivery

We will always try to get your order out to you as fast as possible by standard first class post. If you want to choose a Special Delivery service to guarantee next day delivery, please place your order by 1pm, as that is our cut-off time. Special Delivery is a ‘signed for’ service, so please make sure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the item. We cannot offer refunds for this service, if you nip to the shops.

If you place a special delivery order on a Friday, it won’t be with you until the following Monday. If you place a special delivery order over the weekend, it will arrive the following Tuesday.

European & Rest Of The World Tracked Deliveries

If you are placing an order from Europe or the Rest of the World, we want to ensure that your items reach you safely. We use Royal Mail Tracked services that enable you to follow the progress of your item online. We ship to most places around the world: choose your destination in the drop down menu on our website when placing your order.

Courier Services

We do have other ways of sending out your item. If you are worried that your country has postal issues, email us at info@theschoolmusicalscompany.com and we will be happy to look at alternative methods of dispatch.
